  Galarza, Fabbri & Associates Law Firm (GFA), focus in the prevention and resolution of legal matters specializing in commercial, banking, and civil law as well as international commerce.

The Firm is seeking to conform individual relations with each client, based on the principles of technical and professional values, to bring up reliable legal solutions consistent in time; and moral values to preserve the trust of our clients and to obey the Law.

Hence, GFA has implemented ten professional tools to allow us to deliver first class legal services.


I.- TEAM ORIENTED TO EXCELENCE

Our team is conformed by a distinguished multilingual group of lawyers, all of them with postgraduate degrees earned in prestigious American and Bolivian universities. Moreover, they have a broad professional experience in government and private business.

GFA team is characterized by its ability to deal with people of different professional backgrounds and nationalities.

We are working and strengthening our local and international legal contacts. We already have correspondent’s offices in Bolivia and its main commercial partners.

GFA applies clear rules in a “result based system”, focusing on saving time and resources of our clients. Meaning that our clients will know in advance, the total cost of the service provided, without extra fees or covered surpluses.

In addition, we have different modalities of services which allow us to personalize our services to the needs of the clients.

GFA clients received at least, a weekly update about their business entrusted to us, with the objective to have permanent contact with our client and to satisfy their legal inquiries.

GFA determines the maximum amount of accounts to handle, in relation to our work-installed capacity, with the objective to offer an efficient and responsible legal advice. (*)

VIII.- SERVICE ON TIME

Delivery timing is important to our clients. That is why GFA has as a goal to observe those times strictly. In addition, GFA has as a policy to include the clause called “delay index” by which if we fail to deliver a product on time -and the delay is attributed to us- we will reduce the cost of the fee to our client as compensation.(*)

In addition, GFA has as a goal to save the time of our clients and to avoid unpleasant experiences to them.

GFA deeply compromises with an ethical behavior towards our clients and the Law, reasons why we manage the Law Firm by ethical values.

We keep –under the oath of professional secrecy- documents, facts and other issues entrusted to us by our clients.

We offer pro bono services in selected cases, according to internal policies of the Firm.(*)
